Stayed in queen room with large bed which was perfect for me. The breakfast was well priced and affordable, a wide array of food. The staff were pleasant and exceptional, had a great attitude.

Favourable location in a nice enough area, short walk to Orange Park, Florida, and as well the Mall. New-fashioned, reasonably spacious room with most importantly the air conditioner was quiet, large bed, a bathtub, and courteous staff.

The location was favourable and magnificent because it was short walk to the restaurant, mall and restaurants, and Orange Park, Florida. The check in was quick, the staff was very, very nice!

All good — we greatly enjoyed this hip new hotel — the food was excellent and the staff were courteous. Our neat room had central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. The location was good, relatively near Orange Park Poker Room. The breakfast was reasonably priced, no complaints whatsoever. It was surely an amazing stay during the visit.

The hotel had a wonderful breakfast with a variety of delicious options such as eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruits, and more. The staff serving the breakfast were very kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. The location was great, as it was close to malls, restaurants, and everything else I needed.

Waiting for the elevator was very frustrating. Only one elevator was in operation for the entire three days. Sometimes it took two or three attempts to use the elevator. The cleaning service made sure they got priority in using the one elevator. They were not very nice about it either.

It was very pleasant stay, I did not want to leave there and would stay here again. The hotel was located near to stores, food and highway, The Holiday Inn-Orange Park, and the on-site restaurant. Also, location was peaceful, just 5 minutes walk from Orange Park Poker Room. The service was outstanding, the food was good.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Jacksonville area. Firstly, the value for money was excellent. The prices were comparable to other hotels in the area, but this hotel offered so much more. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the clean and spacious rooms with a bathtub to the friendly and accommodating staff. The location was ideal, situated in an enclosed area with plenty of parking available. It was also conveniently close to a mall and various restaurants, providing plenty of food options nearby. I was impressed with the basic amenities and the overall experience at this hotel.
